Refunds
At this stage, the business is still small and costs are high. Perfumes are made-to-order instead of being manufactured in bulk. I offer refunds on 1) goods that are damaged upon arrival and 2) orders cancelled before shipment. However, I cannot offer refunds on undamaged and shipped goods. For this reason, please buy the minimum quantity of an item if you are unfamiliar with it.
Undeliverable Packages
For packages that are returned to me upon failure to deliver to the shipping address provided, possibly due to an incomplete or inaccurate address, the buyer can request a refund or a reshipment at their own cost.
