Rosen Frieze

At first glance upon the smoothness and forced dullness, this rose may feel out of place in The Varieties of Pīti. Clay lays heavy upon awareness, pressing down excitement. But if you find rose and kaffir lime at the same time, intend that they collide in the center of the field. In my experience, this can produce a wonderful bubbling of lime and linalool.

Recently, the grape material I use in Rosen Frieze was taken off the market. It excelled at bringing out the intoxicating liquor of rose while promoting the tacky flatness of clay. Near substitutes do not produce the same effect, so this will be the final batch
